These terms govern your use of the Golden Bag Ultimate Search website and ticketing service.

Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.

Tickets. Tickets are issued only after payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Each ticket carries a unique code and may be admitted once. Ticket privileges, event details and any refund terms are those published by the production for the relevant ticket type.

Conduct. Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access other people's accounts or tickets, or resell tickets where the production prohibits it.

Changes. The production may update these terms. Material changes will be published on this page.
